Seller Commission Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our platform! As a seller, by agreeing to these Seller Commission Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and accept the following terms for selling your products through our marketplace. Please read the following carefully to understand your responsibilities and benefits.

1. Seller Commission

Flat Commission Fee: We charge a flat 25% commission on the selling price of each product sold through our platform. This commission is applicable to the total price of the product after any applicable discounts.

2. Zero RTO (Return to Origin) Charges

No RTO Charges: We are pleased to inform you that there are zero charges for RTO, i.e., the return of undelivered products to the seller.

3. Customer Returns

Two-Way Shipping Charges: In case a customer returns a product, the seller will be responsible for the two-way shipping cost (both to and from the customer). The return charges will be deducted from the payment due to the seller.

4. Zero Shipping Charges

No Shipping Fees: As a seller, you are not required to pay any shipping charges for delivering the product to the customer. We provide free shipping services on the platform.

5. Software Charges

Software Fee: A nominal software charge of INR 2000 will be applied to your account monthly.
Waiver on Software Charge: This fee will be waived off if your total Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for the month crosses INR 1,00,000 in sales.

6. Safety Claim

Safety Claims: In the event of an approved safety claim, 40% of the selling price will be applied to the claim amount. This will be deducted from your account, based on the approved safety claim process.

7. Zero Listing Fees

No Listing Fees: We do not charge any fees for listing your products on our marketplace. You can list as many products as you want, free of cost.

8. Payment Cycle

Payment Terms: Payments for successfully delivered orders will be processed and disbursed every 15 days. This payment cycle applies to all orders that are successfully delivered to customers.
