Karissakart – Return and Refund Policy

At Karissakart, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligible Returns

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return only under the following conditions:

  • Expired Product

  • Wrong Product Received

  • Damaged Item

  • Product Leakage

If your product meets any of the above conditions, you are eligible for return and a full refund.


2. No Return Policy

All other purchases are non-returnable. This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection (size, color, etc.)

  • General dissatisfaction not related to product defects

All products that do not fall under expired, wrong product, damaged, or leakage categories are covered by a strict No Return Policy.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide receipt or proof of purchase.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at karissarkw2@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, we will:

  • Arrange for product pickup.

  • Provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, has leakage, is expired, or is the wrong product, email us immediately at karissarkw2@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue swiftly.


6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, creams)

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards


7. Exchanges

To get a different product, we recommend placing a new order once your return (if eligible) is processed. This ensures faster service.


8. EU Orders – Cooling-Off Period

If you are ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

  • If more than 5 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received the amount, contact us at karissarkw2@gmail.com.
