Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

General Information

Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Areas: We currently ship to locations across India. If you have any questions about shipping to your area, please contact our customer service team.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Dosage: Take the tablet as prescribed by your healthcare provider. The usual adult dose for most infections is 500 mg once daily for 3 to 5 days. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Timing: Take the tablet at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in your bloodstream.

With or Without Food: Azimic 500 mg can be taken with or without food. However, if you experience stomach upset, it’s recommended to take it with food.

Swallow Whole: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it.

Complete the Course: Even if you start feeling better, continue taking the medication for the full prescribed duration. Stopping early may cause the infection to return or lead to antibiotic resistance.

Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed tablet.

Avoid Alcohol: Alcohol may interfere with the effectiveness of antibiotics, so it’s best to avoid consuming alcohol during the treatment course.
