Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

General Information

Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Preparation:

Ensure that your scalp and hair are clean and completely dry before application. This helps the solution absorb better.
Application:

Use the provided dropper to measure out the recommended dose (typically 1ml).
Part your hair into sections to expose the areas of the scalp where you wish to apply the solution.
Direct Application:

Apply the solution directly onto the affected areas of the scalp. Avoid applying it to the hair itself, as the goal is to target the scalp.
Gently massage the solution into your scalp using your fingertips to ensure even distribution and absorption.
Wash Hands:

After applying the solution, wash your hands thoroughly to remove any residual product.
Post-Application Care:

Allow the solution to dry completely before using any styling products or putting on a hat.
Do not wet your hair or scalp for at least four hours after application to ensure optimal absorption.
Frequency:

Use Brintop Moist 10% Solution twice daily, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening, for best results.
Consistency is Key:

Consistent use is crucial for achieving desired results. Be patient, as visible improvements may take several weeks to appear.
Follow-Up:

Regularly monitor your progress and consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or experience side effects.
Safety Precautions:
Avoid Contact with Eyes: If the solution comes into contact with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Do Not Apply on Irritated Skin: Avoid using the solution on an irritated or damaged scalp.
Store Properly: Keep the solution out of reach of children and store it in a cool, dry place.
