Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Dosage:

Take one tablet (5mg) daily or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Administration:

Timing: Take the tablet at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels of the medication in your body.
With or Without Food: Dazit 5mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose.
Complete the Course: Continue taking the tablet for the duration prescribed by your healthcare provider, even if your symptoms improve before the course is completed.
Precautions:

Allergies: Inform your doctor if you are allergic to Desloratadine or any other ingredients in the tablet.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Other Medications: Inform your healthcare provider about any other medications, supplements, or herbal products you are taking to avoid potential interactions.
Medical Conditions: Discuss any existing medical conditions with your doctor before starting the medication.
Storage:

Store the tablets in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
