Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

General Information

Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Apply a thin layer of this medicine on the affected skin areas or as directed by the physician. It is for topical use only. Wash your hands before and after application.

Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending upon your age, body weight and health condition.

Avoid contact of EPIDUO FORTE GEL with your eyes, mouth, ears, nose, hair or with open wounds (cuts, scrapes or sunburn).

Stop using EPIDUO FORTE GEL and consult your doctor immediately if you experience:

Signs of allergic reaction (such as severe skin rash with itching of body parts, swelling of the eyes, face, lips or tongue causing throat tightness and breathing difficulties and feel faint)
HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS
Skin redness and irritation:

Place an icepack on the affected skin areas to ease the irritation. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaps on the affected areas. Wear protective loose-fitting clothes while going outdoors. Regularly moisturize your skin. Avoid exposing your skin towards direct sunlight. If the condition did not improve, contact your doctor.

WARNING & PRECAUTIONS

PREGNANCY
EPIDUO FORTE GEL is not recommended for use in pregnant women. Therefore, inform your doctor before using this medicine if you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant or planning to have a baby. If you became pregnant while using this medicine, stop using it and contact your doctor immediately.


BREASTFEEDING
EPIDUO FORTE GEL can be used in breastfeeding women. However, do not apply this medicine on your chest to avoid exposing this medicine to the nursing infant.


ALLERGY
Talk to your doctor if you are allergic to Adapalene or Benzoyl peroxide.

OTHERS
EPIDUO FORTE GEL is not recommended for use if you:

Have any cuts, scrapes, sunburn or eczema at the site of application
Use in Pediatrics:

EPIDUO FORTE GEL can be used in children and adolescents (aged 9 years or older) if advised by the physician. Therefore, consult your doctor before using it.
