Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

General Information

Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Areas: We currently ship to locations across India. If you have any questions about shipping to your area, please contact our customer service team.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Preparation:

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or use hand sanitizer before handling the face shield.
Ensure the face shield is clean and free from any scratches or damage.
Putting on the Face Shield:

Grasp the headband or frame of the face shield.
Place the shield over your face, positioning it to cover your forehead, extending below your chin, and wrapping around the sides of your face.
Adjust the headband or frame to fit comfortably but securely on your head.
Adjustments:

Ensure the shield does not obstruct your vision and sits comfortably on your forehead.
If adjustable, tighten or loosen the headband to achieve a secure fit without discomfort.
During Use:

While wearing the face shield, avoid touching or adjusting it frequently, especially with contaminated hands.
Clean the shield regularly with appropriate disinfectants or wipes as per manufacturer recommendations, especially if it becomes visibly dirty or after each use.
Removing the Face Shield:

Remove the face shield by handling only the headband or frame.
Avoid touching the front of the shield to prevent contamination.
Clean and disinfect the face shield after each use following recommended guidelines.
Using a Protective Isolation Mask (e.g., Surgical Mask or Respirator):

Preparation:

Perform hand hygiene by washing hands with soap and water or using hand sanitizer.
Ensure the mask is intact and not damaged.
Putting on the Mask:

Identify the top of the mask (usually with a stiff edge or metal strip).
Place the mask over your nose and mouth, ensuring it covers both areas completely.
Secure the mask using the elastic ear loops or ties behind your head or ears.
For respirator masks (like N95), mold the metal nose piece to fit snugly against your nose.
Fit Check:

Check for a snug fit without gaps between the mask and your face.
Adjust the mask if needed to minimize gaps and ensure comfort.
During Use:

Avoid touching the mask while in use. If you do touch it, perform hand hygiene immediately afterward.
Change the mask if it becomes damp or visibly soiled.
Masks are typically for single-use; dispose of them properly in a closed bin after use.
Removing the Mask:

Remove the mask by handling only the ear loops or ties. Avoid touching the front of the mask.
Discard disposable masks immediately after removal.
For reusable masks, clean them thoroughly according to manufacturer instructions before reuse.
