Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

General Information

Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cleanse Your Skin: Begin by thoroughly cleansing your face or the area where you plan to apply the cream to remove any impurities and prepare your skin for treatment.

Apply a Small Amount: Take a small amount of Fixderma Nigrifix Cream and gently apply it to the affected areas with hyperpigmentation or uneven skin tone. Avoid using excessive amounts.

Even Application: Use your fingertips to spread the cream evenly, ensuring that it covers the entire area. For best results, gently massage the cream into the skin using circular motions.

Allow to Absorb: Let the cream absorb fully into the skin before applying any other products. This typically takes a few minutes.

Follow with Sunscreen: During the day, follow up with a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher. This helps protect your skin from further pigmentation and sun damage.

Frequency: Apply the cream once or twice daily, as recommended. Consistency is key for noticeable results.

Patch Test: If using the cream for the first time, consider performing a patch test on a small area of skin to ensure you do not have any adverse reactions.

Avoid Sensitive Areas: Avoid applying the cream to sensitive areas such as the eyes or mucous membranes.
