Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Wet Your Hair: Start by thoroughly wetting your hair and scalp with warm water. This helps to open up the hair cuticles and allows the shampoo to penetrate better.

Apply the Shampoo: Pour a small amount of the shampoo into your palm (about a coin-sized amount) and rub your hands together to distribute it evenly.

Massage into Scalp: Apply the shampoo to your scalp, focusing on areas where dandruff is most prevalent. Use your fingertips (not your nails) to gently massage the shampoo into your scalp in circular motions. This helps to stimulate blood circulation and break up any flakes.

Lather: Allow the shampoo to lather well, ensuring it covers the entire scalp and hair length. You can add a little more water if needed to create a richer lather.

Leave it On: Let the shampoo sit on your scalp for 2-3 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work effectively.

Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water until all the shampoo is washed out.

Repeat if Necessary: If desired, you can repeat the process for extra cleansing, especially if your scalp is heavily flaked.

Follow Up with Conditioner: After rinsing out the shampoo, you may want to use a conditioner suitable for your hair type to keep it moisturized and manageable.

Frequency of Use: For optimal results, use the shampoo 2-3 times a week or as recommended by your dermatologist.
