KLM-D3 Nano Drops is a dietary supplement used to treat and prevent vitamin D deficiency in children and adolescents. It is also used as an adjunct to bone loss medicines. It contains Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) as an active ingredient which helps prevent low vitamin D3 levels in the blood.
