Ktc Soap is used to control dandruff and gives relief from scaly, flaky and itchy scalp. It kills and stops the growth of fungus that causes dandruff. Apply it on the scalp and leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing it off. Make sure you complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning.

Cetrimide (0.5% w/w) + Ketoconazole (2% w/w)

Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use.

What if you forget to take Ktc Soap?
If you miss a dose of Ktc Soap, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5
days after receiving your item to request a return only under the
following conditions:

• Wrong Product Received
• Damaged Item
• Product Leakage

If your product meets any of the above conditions, you are
eligible for return and a full refund.

2. No Return Policy

All other purchases are non-returnable. This
includes:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection (size, color, etc.)
• General dissatisfaction not related to product defects

All products that do not fall under expired, wrong product, damaged, or leakage categories are covered by a strict No Return

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on the following:

• Gift cards

7. Exchanges

To get a different product, we recommend placing a new order

8. EU Orders – Cooling-Off Period

If you are ordering from within the European Union,
you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any
reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and
accompanied by proof of purchase.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of
the approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
within 5 business days.

• Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
