Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

General Information

Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Areas: We currently ship to locations across India. If you have any questions about shipping to your area, please contact our customer service team.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cleanse the Skin: Wash the affected area with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.

Apply a Small Amount: Take a pea-sized amount of the cream and apply it evenly to the areas with hyperpigmentation or dark spots. Avoid applying to the unaffected surrounding skin.

Use Once Daily: It is generally recommended to apply the cream once a day, preferably at night, unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.

Moisturize: Follow up with a moisturizer if needed, especially if the skin feels dry or tight.

Sun Protection: During the day, always apply sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, as Hydroquinone and Tretinoin can increase skin sensitivity to the sun.

Avoid the Eye Area: Be careful to avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and broken skin. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product comes into contact with these areas.

Consistent Use: Use regularly for 8-12 weeks or as directed by your doctor to see optimal results. Discontinue use and consult a dermatologist if irritation or redness occurs.
