SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM contains Salicylic acid which belongs to the group of medicines called Keratolytic agents. SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM is used as a daily cleansing routine to treat and prevent acne.

SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM is also used to treat oily skin in affected individuals.

SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM is not recommended for use in patients allergic to salicylic acid. It is also not recommended for use in patients recovering from chicken pox and in patients who had received varicella vaccine (for atleast 6 weeks).

SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM is generally not recommended for use in pregnant women. It is also not recommended for use in breastfeeding women as it may pass through breastfed milk.

SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM is not recommended for use in children (aged below 2 years) and should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 60 years) after consulting the doctor.

The most common side-effects associated with the use of SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM are dryness, skin irritation, and/or scaling of skin. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms worsens.

HOW SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM WORKS
SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM works by penetrating the affected area of skin and causing destruction to the bacteria which also reduces oil production in the skin thus treating and preventing the occurrence of skin conditions such as acne and oily skin in affected individuals.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Always apply SALIAC FACE WASH FOAM as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Wet your face and take required quantity of foam. Gently, massage the foam all over the wet face for 20-30 seconds avoiding eyes and surrounding areas. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry your face. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
