Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

General Information

Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To use Sunban Ultra Pro Gel 60gm effectively, follow these steps:

1. **Cleanse the Skin**: Before applying any sunscreen, ensure your skin is clean and dry. Use a gentle cleanser suitable for your skin type.

2. **Apply Generously**: Take a sufficient amount of Sunban Ultra Pro Gel (about a nickel-sized dollop for the face) and dot it onto various parts of your face and neck.

3. **Spread Evenly**: Gently spread the gel in an upward motion until it forms a uniform layer over your skin. Make sure to cover all exposed areas evenly.

4. **Massage In**: Use your fingertips to massage the gel into your skin. This helps the sunscreen to be absorbed effectively and reduces the likelihood of streaking.

5. **Allow Absorption**: Give the sunscreen a few minutes to absorb into your skin before going out in the sun or applying makeup.

6. **Reapply as Needed**: For prolonged sun exposure, reapply the sunscreen every 2 hours or more frequently if you are swimming or sweating heavily.

7. **Avoid Eye Area**: Be careful not to get the sunscreen into your eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

8. **Use Daily**: Sunscreen should be used daily, even on cloudy days or when indoors, as UV rays can penetrate windows.

9. **Store Properly**: Keep the tube tightly closed when not in use and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

10. **Consult a Dermatologist**: If you have sensitive skin or are unsure about using sunscreen, consult with a dermatologist before regular use.
