Same-Day Shipping

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders Placed After 2:00 PM: These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 per order applies.

General Information

Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return and refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ZinShade Sunscreen SPF 50+ is a product designed to protect your skin from the harmful effects of UV rays. Here's how you can use it effectively:

Preparation: Start with clean, dry skin. If you have a regular skincare routine, apply any moisturizers or serums before the sunscreen.

Shake the Bottle (If Required): Some sunscreens benefit from a gentle shake before use to ensure that the active ingredients are well-mixed.

Dispense an Adequate Amount: Squeeze an appropriate amount of ZinShade Sunscreen onto your fingertips. The amount you need will depend on the size of the area you're covering (e.g., face, neck, arms).

Apply Generously: Apply the sunscreen generously to all areas of your skin that will be exposed to the sun. Make sure to cover evenly, and don't forget areas like your ears, neck, and the back of your hands.

Blend Thoroughly: Gently massage the sunscreen into your skin using upward and outward strokes. This helps ensure even coverage and absorption.

Allow Absorption: Give the sunscreen a few minutes to absorb into your skin before heading out into the sun.

Reapply as Needed: It's important to reapply sunscreen throughout the day, especially if you're sweating or spending time in the water. As a general rule of thumb, reapply every 2 hours or more frequently if you're swimming or sweating heavily.

Avoid Contact with Eyes: Be cautious not to get the sunscreen into your eyes. If this happens, rinse your eyes thoroughly with water.

Use Daily: Sunscreen should be applied every day, even on cloudy days or during the winter months, as UV rays can still penetrate through clouds and windows.

Additional Protection: Sunscreen is just one part of sun protection. Consider wearing protective clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses for added defense against UV rays.

Remember, using a high SPF like 50+ provides excellent protection, but it's still important to reapply regularly, especially if you're sweating or swimming. Additionally, if you have sensitive skin or specific skin conditions, consult with a dermatologist to ensure that the product is suitable for your needs.
